Whether Windows, Linux, Oracle, MAC, IBM’s i5/OS or AIX, Tri-Point has a recovery service that will fit your operation.

There are some hurdles that some customers must resolve, as some operating systems are no longer supported by its manufacturer, some manufacturers are no longer supplying upgrades or patches to keep the server secure and operating at its maximum potential. In any case, Tri-Point will evaluate your current IT infrastructure and recommend the right solution for you.

Many of our customers are taking advantage of Tri-Point’s Local Desktop Recovery Service, as in most cases, mission-critical users do not always backup their desktops at consistent times. And if the users do backup their desktops, the storage of the backup copies, frequencies of the backups, and the ease of retrieval of the data can become a problem.

Tri-Point has developed a Hosted Cloud Backup Service that will capture (during off hours), specified customer’s desktops, backed up at pre-determined times of the day, for specific days during the week. The customer can also specify the retention time for each desktop.
